To create our “International Kitchen” classroom, we have partnered with many leading institutions in culinary arts education, such as the Florence University of the Arts) and their department of hospitality and culinary arts, Apicius International School of Hospitality.
Apicius International School of Hospitality at the Florence University of the Arts in the vibrant city of Florence is the first hospitality school in Italy. Founded in 1997, Apicius has already built a prestigious reputation as one of the most innovative and world-class education centers and destinations in the hospitality industry. Heading the culinary program, the chef instructor for our classes will be Chef Andrea Trapani.
Our partnership with the AHA Culinary School in the Philippines, a visionary leader known for its innovative and masterful culinary education techniques, in offering different online culinary program will automatically certify our students by the American Culinary Federation (ACF), which is the largest organization of professional chefs in the US.
With the AHA Culinary Program, learners will earn their ACF-certified certification, providing them with professional opportunities and strengthening the possibility of creating a strong network in the culinary industry. Learners enrolled in our program will experience instruction directly from ACF master chefs, who will conduct live cooking demonstrations in some of the classes.
