ADMISSION
Admission Requirements:
- Minimum educational requirement is at least high school graduate
- Completed Application Form (please download file)
- Two (2) passport size photos
- Must pass written entrance exam, interview, medical, and psychological examinations
- Payment of five thousand pesos (P5,000) application processing fee, which will be deducted fromtuition fee payment.

- For high school graduates – Photocopy of High School Diploma
- For college undergraduates –Photocopy of Transcript of Records
- For college graduates – Certified True Copy of Diploma
- Photocopy of Birth Certificate
- Photocopy of government-issued valid ID
