He holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Fordham University in New York, USA, and honed his culinary skills in top schools such as Le Cordon Bleu and Hotel Ritz Escoffier in Paris, France. With over 10 years of experience as a chef in various Paris and New York hotels, Chef Cordova knows what it takes to succeed in the culinary world.

Chef Cordova is also a US Certified Executive Chef and US Certified Culinary Educator.
