Upon completing any of our courses, you will receive the Cookery NC ll (National Certification Level 11) qualification and an ACF CERTIFIED CULINARIAN (CC) certification from the American Culinary Federation Education Foundation (ACEF). These qualifications demonstrate your exceptional skills and expertise as a chef.

No. Our Florence program is only available to students who have completed our foundational Diploma in Culinary Arts.
